The Oregon Riesling Alliance (ORA) celebrates formally the passion that select winemakers in Oregon have for the greatest white wine, Riesling. Informally meeting since the early 2000s to compare notes on grapegrowing, winemaking, and marketing, in 2008 ORA was formally organized to direct efforts to continue improving the breed, as well as promoting the excellence already achieved in our cool climate.
